By accessing and using this site you implicitly agree to abide by these terms & conditions, henceforth referred to as T&C.

We reserve the right to make changes to these T&C without prior notice, as and whenever we deem necessary, and we will post them to this site accordingly. You bear the responsibility for checking for changes or amendments to the T&C which govern the use of our website.

Our customer registration process requires the collection of personal information.

We require this information from you :

a.       To have you registered in our customer database and activate your Customer Loyalty Account.

b.       As a means of unique identification in relation to your Customer Account.

c.       To enable us to communicate with you in relation to i) your placed orders or purchases; ii) matters of an administrative nature; iii) your inquiries;

We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. XZone Ltd. shall process personal data according to GDPR regulation (EU) 2016/679. Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party. We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Services and Products. Clients have the right to request electronic copy of all their records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

All product information provided on this site is for guidance or informative purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase are safe and suitable to you and your requirements. Where appropriate you should always seek professional advice first.

We strive to ensure that the product / product packaging images displayed on our website represent the exact ones available from stock. This however, cannot be always guaranteed. Likewise, we cannot guarantee that purchased products are always true to colour to the product image displayed on this website.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although our website may display products as being available from stock, we cannot always guarantee their availability for delivery. In such an event, our staff will contact you to inform you and, where possible, offer alternatives. Acceptance will be at your discretion. You have the right to cancel your order.

CUSTOMER REWARD SCHEME

Our Customer Loyalty Points Scheme is our way of showing our appreciation to our customers for their loyalty.

Whilst pledging to honour all earned rewards, we reserve the right to modify, redesign, or even terminate our reward scheme at any given point in time, giving a 30 day advance notice to our customers.

Customer Accounts which remain dormant for a consecutive period of 12 months will be closed and all rewards forfeited.

SPECIAL & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

The XZone Discount Shop - Swatar may, from time to time, make available to its customers Special or Promotional Offers on any products.

 

These Offers may or may not be simultaneously offered in the store; on our online shopping portal; or on our Facebook Page. Furthermore it is within our discretion as to whether purchases of such Offers become eligible to our Customer Loyalty Points Scheme. Such condition will be stipulated at the launching of any specific promotion or offer.

 

PRICING

The product prices listed on our virtual store are identical to those available to customers who personally purchase in-store at out outlet in Swatar, B’Kara.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Purchases of Eur50.00 (excluding any water packs) and over are eligible to our FREE Delivery Service.

By default, deliveries are made to the address provided at customer registration stage.

Should you change address, you bear the responsibility for communicating such changes to us.

Should you wish to have your shopping delivered to an address other than to the one you have registered with us, please ensure that you provide full details when prompted at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

When it comes to returned goods, our excellent reputation precedes us. We are very receptive and flexible to accommodate our customers’ requirements.

 

With the exception of chilled & frozen foods we accept returns and will exchange virtually any product as long as it has not been damaged, opened, removed from its original packaging, tampered with or altered in any way. Inform us of your wish to return the item within 48 hrs from receipt and we will gladly accept to either exchange for the product/s of your choice or give you a credit note for its value - no qualms! No returns are accepted unless purchase bill is presented. No monetary refunds are conceded.

 

GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute arising as a result of your use and experience of this website is subject to the laws of Malta.
